The work environment:
1. Because of the project machinery and pile basis may have something no indeterminacy,so break the pile depth at most 300mm at every turn.
2. Choose the hydraulic pressure oil tube and joint on the basis of the motive power's source oil tube before assembly.Check the hydraulic pressure oil tube is connected, then test press. Hold for one minute
to check whether there is any leakage. If not, proceed with using the unit.

The operation steps of pile breaker
1. According construction pile diameter, referring to construction of reference parameters combines
corresponding amount modular, directly connect pile breaker to work platform by changing joint quickly.
2. Moving pile breaker to the working pile head section.
3. Adjust pile breaker to the suitable height part(please refer to construction parameter list when crush
one time,if not there is danger of chain breakage0, clamp the need cutting pile position.
4. Adjust the pressure by the pile with concrete intensity, don’t press hydro-cylinder, until concrete pile breaker in high pressure.
5. After the pile crushed, hoist the concrete by the power of terrace.
6. Move crushed pile to the appoint position.
